16 Brands Spotted

New and emerging brands, curated by the Thingtesting team

This week, we spotted a number of brands reaching for the same word: luxury. Andare just launched a premium before-you-go toilet fragrance that traps odor in the bowl, Lenose makes soap infused with signature perfumes, Salt Oral Care makes oral care designed to be left out on the counter, and 39BC makes body care modeled on ancient bathing rituals. (Apparently, the bathroom was due for a luxury rebrand.)

Elsewhere, the product is a mood. More and more brands are taking a stance against screentime. Daisy Sound makes headphones for "deeper listening, quieter travel, and moments of stillness," Tembo makes tactile, screen-free music-making devices for adults who miss having hobbies, Project Claer sells a limited run of blue-light glasses, and AN ORI makes handcrafted herbal and essential oil inhalers.

Also spotted: House of MarMar's sculptural objects carved from rare stone, Ivory Paris's quiet-luxury womenswear, and clinical-meets-botanical skincare from Still Skin and La Elio Care. Maloa makes a line for ages 9–13 (the tween aisle is officially its own category), Vibbo makes fully traceable handcrafted teas, Dickie's Ginger makes cold-pressed ginger beer, and HallPass makes low-calorie candy that promises no premium pricing, the only brand this week headed in the other direction.
