Don't usually buy gummy vitamins, but it was on sale and I had a coupon so I made an exception. I recommend them if you're not a pill vitamin person, these gummies really tasted good to the point I almost forgot I was having a vitamin and not candy.
I have bought the d3+k2 gummies as well as the capsule. The d3 gummies taste great but I prefer the capsules as I’ve learned that gummy vitamins are just gummies with the vitamin sprayed on so I’m not sure how accurate the dosing is for gummies. I find the dosing of the brand to be higher than other brands which is better for me because it fits my needs. Zhou nutrition is on the pricey side but I find the quality to be worth it and they come on sale at Publix every now and then on bogo.
