Youswim earns polarized reviews: devotees praise the inclusive sizing that genuinely adapts through pregnancies and body fluctuations, tactile ribbed fabric, saturated color range, and often excellent fit across styles like Aplomb, Eva, Poise, and Zera, while detractors report see-through lighter shades, delicate fabric that snags or pills, inconsistent quality control, and suits stretching out over time. The brand is good for comfort, confidence, and forgiving fit, but prospective buyers should expect high-maintenance care, potential color transfer or staining, and variable longevity and coverage—especially in lighter colors and for taller torsos.

My favourite pair of bathers. Such a good cut and I feel so good when I wear them. The material is second to none - firm but also contours the body. Couldn’t recommend more. Love the brand’s messaging. Also such a beautiful aesthetic.

Love the look and it’s comfy for a growing pregnant body but it’s see through when wet!!! I got one of the lighter colours but still, I can’t believe such an expensive bathing suit shows my areolas. Wishing I’d gone with a darker colour but didn’t expect that 😢😢😢 won’t be adding a photo of me for obvious reasons

For a while I was kind of skeptical about how this could fit multiple sizes! I’m so happy I tried it myself, I’m so happy with my suits.

I have never felt comfortable or confident in a swimsuit until I found YouSwim! My black one-piece is so flattering and so comfortable. And I love that I don’t have to worry about my weight fluctuating, because it’ll still fit me next season! I will only be buying my swimsuits from YouSwim from now on!

The best swimsuit I've ever owned! I've had my Poise One Piece for four years now and it has lasted me through two pregnancies, and a mountain of body fluctuations. Every time I put it on I feel amazing, it's like my second skin. The adjustable straps have been super helpful for breastfeeding or if my body has changed shape. I'm tall and their friendly customer service team recommended I try their Poise One Piece. I would highly recommend Youswim!

MAGICAL. I will never be able to wear a regular swimsuit again. It really is totally different to anything else. Only wearing is believing. I've bought 3 Youswims in the last few years, gifted another 2, and they blow my mind every time I wear them. I contacted the Youswim staff with a question one time and they were so kind. 10/10.

I was really skeptical about buying a youswim bikini as I'm in my 50's and usually I wear a size 34e bra. Previously I've been going for shapewear but the underwired bras are too uncomfortable. When I tried it on, I was proven wrong, it's really comfortable and offers just enough support, it looks natural without everything going South! I want to buy the swimsuit next.

Purchased the Eva One-Piece in Black. Contemplated purchasing this suit for over a year … ($ looks scary). I finally decided the price is probably worth the quality after countless bathing suits from other brands. (Wasting $) Tried on the bathing suit and admittedly LOVED it. Formed/fitted to my body, with a comfortable fabric. I can see this bathing suit last year of body changes… what we all need. 😊The cleaning of this bathing suit is specific so make sure you read that information!!! wait to purchase another!!

I have bought 4 swimsuits from youswim, 2 bikinis and 2 one-pieces, all in different colours. Thanks to the inclusive styling on their website and socials, I could get a good idea of how the suits would fit me. And it's so refreshing to see models of different shapes and sizes, ages and races. I like the quality of the fabric. It's very tactile. When I unpacked my first bikini, I thought I would never fit into it, but the stretch is incredible. There are 3 minor negatives: firstly the Solar colour (yellow) is gorgeous but can go a bit see-through when stretched; secondly the fabric snags quite easily so watch out for rough fingernails or rocks; and lastly I find the labels itchy so I very carefully snip them out.

I ordered Aplomb High Waist Two-Piece in Stretch I. I am 5', 145 lbs, 36DD. I was so excited for this swimsuit but when I tried it on, I immediately decided to return it. It is so unflattering on me! I hate the way it squeezed me and how the top was so small even though I followed the size guide. I felt like I was going to spill out. This was a big NO for me!

For the price I am overall disappointed in this purchase. I am around 145 lbs, typically a size 10 (maybe 12) or large. I got the Aplomb style in the size 1 and immediately it felt tighter than I prefer. It was squeezing my body in areas I don't want to accentuate. I wore it around the house for the day, so I understand if it needs more time to "stretch", however it was the seams that ultimately led me to returning. The seams were so tight I was left with red marks all over my waist, and they were itchy and not soft. Almost felt like plastic against my skin. I have a shorter torso and my waist is not super narrow/hour glass so maybe this wasn't for me, but from both a flattering fit and comfort it was a big no for me. Plus to return from the US I'm paying 23$, so keep that in mind if you're towards the end of the fit range on either size (they definitely need two more sizes at least (for people who are at that size 12 area and people who are at the end of the size 2 range as well)

I really liked the fit of the swimsuit. I was surprised by the care instructions when I first bought it, as it seemed like you couldn’t use it in many normal swimming situations. I decided to just try to take care of it as the instructions say but I’ve still found that it’s lost it’s shape, even thought I’ve been very careful. I’ve had it for about a year now (used it last summer and a bit this year) but feel that I will have to get rid of it soon. I found it disappointing because I bought it thinking it was the sustainable choice. My previous bikini lasted me 10 years and it was just a high street one!

This is one of the my favourite swimsuits I've purchased. I like the thickness of the material and how comfortable it is to wear.
