In this pasta sauce the Burgundy Wine flavor really shines through. The contrast of the sweet tomato flavor , and slightly bitter Burgundy Wine come together well. My favorite part about this sauce is that it seems not so acidic and easy on the stomach. I've never seen a unique pasta sauce flavor such as this....
