I LOVE the poached eggs. After a decade of being vegan and only having tofu scramble and then just egg scramble (which is still great), I am so happy to have such a delicious and fun plant based egg. I made it and put it on my avocado toast and it was so fun to open the “yolk” and the flavor was amazing. Not the same nutritional profile as a real egg, but a great treat.
