The name speaks for itself. When I apply the blush to my finger it's a light cream texture that easily blends onto the skin. I have been testing out in my room with no air conditioner on and it is about 80 or 90 degrees and my cheeks don't feel oily, they just look like they glow. When I touch my skin and it doesn't feel like I have it on, but I still see the pigment. I also put some on my lips, and some lipsticks make lines look bad and cracked but the blush looks less noticeable.
