I was a little nervous about ordering custom-made furniture online, but in the end, I’m thrilled I did! The fabric samples were accurate and the design process was easy. The team at What a Room was very helpful in making sure the dimensions I chose made sense in my space, even from afar. Delivery was hassle-free and included set up. Most importantly, the couches and chairs are FANTASTIC. Super comfortable, beautiful, and well made. I’m so glad I went ahead with my purchase and I’d order from What a Room again in the future! Nothing I’d change.

This couch is great, fantastic quality. It came to the Midwest pretty quickly. The customizations were easy, they made it in an extra piece to ensure it would fit . I would recommend this couch to anyone. My only suggestion is to see if there are natural fiber fabrics available, instead of just polyester.

Steve and James are exceptional. I bought a sectional only to cancel the order and buy a different one. They both helped make the process as painless as possible. The sectional it self is amazing. It weighs over 300lbs. I feel like this was made to last. Just wanted to thank you for the quality sectional and amazing customer service. I will be back again whenever I need more furniture!!! We LOVE the couch. Super comfortable, exact dimensions we ordered, and showed up on time with quality white-glove delivery service. Highly recommend if you're looking for a custom couch. Their customer service is also top-notch, they helped us with measurement adjustments and suggestions and made the whole process seamless.

Delivery was a bit slow, but I don’t hold What A Room accountable for that. I believe this is a very fine custom sofa. The comfort is beyond good, the frame construction is very solid, the fabric is pulled tight and has a wonderful custom feel. No droopy sloppy sofa here. This is a bit pricey, but a well appointed sofa. I would buy again, and I referred my sister in law to purchase one too.

I had an amazing experience with What a Room. Their customer service was excellent and helped me nail down the exact size chair I needed. The delivery service they use was extremely professional and kind. The chairs are exactly what I hoped for, and we’ve gotten comments on how well-made they are. I love that they have pet friendly fabrics, as well, which is what drew me to the company in the first place. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and will use them for any future furniture needs!
