Hi Ekaterina,

It's Sarah here from the Wellicious team.

We are sorry that your leggings did not work out well for you.

We apologise for the delay in responding to you. I have just checked with the team and been informed that a reply was sent to you this morning (30 Oct at 10:48am GMT+0). As a small company, we sometimes take a little longer to respond to emails as we receive many enquiries each day.

We have reviewed your order and suspect that the leggings were simply to big for you. We have very rarely received feedback that our leggings slip down, and when it has happened, it was related to the leggings being too large.

Additionally, it is important to remember that organic cotton leggings behave differently from conventional polyamide leggings. Organic cotton is a natural fibre, offering excellent breathability and softness, but its properties, feel and performance are naturally different from those of synthetic fabrics - hence the stretch will feel different.

Please feel free to respond to our email and we will do our best to support.

Have a good day,
Sarah, Wellicious team

Hello, sharing my feedback.I paid 120 euro for leggings that are not suitable for any workout at all.
Fabric is good but leggings do not stay up for more than 5 mins, waist panel does not hold leggings at all.
I emailed the company 3 times and yet to hear back.
