This hot sauce isn’t just something you whimsically grab at the grocery store and store in the back of your pantry and forget about it… this sauce is something you will want to use on the regular! The flavor profiles of each sauce I’ve had are dynamic and surprising and leave you feeling jazzed about what you just experienced. What gets me most excited about this sauce? The future. I believe that the innovation will continue through their future line of sauces and I can’t wait for more!

Wayward's hot sauces are many things, each important to me in its own way. First off, they're delicious. I love all of them and use each of them on different things, but they all have great and unique flavor. Treescape Tapout is certainly the most unique, but Jalapeño Dream can't be beat for tacos. And I love facing certain tastebud death with dabs of Dressed to Impresso on sandwiches. Secondly, there is a clear love for spiciness with an awareness of the right way to deploy it. Each sauce is the right amount of spicy and clearly has a great balance of concern for flavor AND spiciness. Lastly, Wayward is a small business that truly cares about just making a great product. I've seen the passion and inventiveness that goes into creating their hot sauces, and I see the focus on great ingredients which is super important to me, and that's just another reason that I love their hot sauces. The BEST hot sauce you’ll find out there—nothing will convince me otherwise. My husband and I hardly have a meal without using at least one of these sauces. Do yourself a favor and grab the Dream Team bundle; each sauce is incredible in its own way, so you won’t need to bother with any other sauces.

After about a week of trying the sauces on different things, these are my thoughts: The Jalapeño Dream is 12/10! I eat it in my eggs every morning. It adds that kick that I want, but also a completely different depth of flavor. Dressed to impress is about 7-8/10. I think it has good flavor, but it takes a bit to get past the initial tang of the peppers. HOWEVER, I added some to homemade honey mustard, and that might literally be the winning combo!!

Had the 'Dressed to Impresso' and was pleasantly greeted with tang and flavor. After a dab, you're initially hit with the spice of the habanero, while the ghost slowly creeps up on you. As for flavor, the mandarin orange definitely bleeds through in a nice way, and the acidity of the sauce was nicely balanced. Enjoyed having this on all my savory meals!

I have tried a few of Wayward Pepper's offerings and Ghost of Peppers Past is my favorite sauce! Enjoyably Hot!
