A dear friend who is vegan brought these over for a get-together, and wow, was I impressed! I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian, and I often find similar items with "fake" cheese to be off-putting, but these twists are a clear exception. Primarily potato flakes/starch and lentil flour, the taste and mouth feel are great, and while origin of the cheesiness isn't specified (the ingredients just say "vegan cheese flavor"), the flavor is wonderful. If you're a champion of Cheetos or a true-blue fromage fiend these probably aren't for you, but for everyone else, don't let the vegan label fool you: these twists are great!

These are the best tasting chips I've had in a long time, super light and crispy with an amazing punch of flavor!
