Vite Ramen reviews and discussion

As a high-protein ramen alternative, these are the best I've tried. The texture of the noodles is the perfect amount of chewiness and flavor and cook through really quickly (3 min). I've tried quite a few flavors and my favorite is the Yuzu Shoyu and a special edition flavor that is no longer in stock. I did find the chicken flavor to be a bit lacking compared to other flavors, it just seemed to be missing that extra sodium I'm used to with regular chicken flavored ramen. Besides the noodles, I also love how transparent the brand is. You can find regular updates on their website including how the flavors are innovated and upcoming flavors. At the time I bought, they were behind on orders so the shipping was slow (it was mentioned on the website so it wasn't a surprise) but it was worth it to support a small business and they were so tasty! Would recommend!
