I purchased the Vitapod Paris Hilton water bottle and the lid came non functional, I emailed support and they sent a replacement after a few emails. I purchased pods from their website and they arrived broken open. They replaced those too. So far everything I purchase from them has been broken but they’ve been willing to replace it. I want to like them but I don’t see the quality but the customer service is good.
