The company has iron in its veins, starting a casting business in 1939 after Raul Mejia opened his first shop at 16 years old. Victoria is mostly known for our award-winning Cast Iron Skillets and Tortilla Presses. The company is still lead by the same family today, now innovating through the third generation. This line is a testament to the history, passion and love the company has loved through. For the Mejias, family and iron are tightly interwoven, and the SIGNATUREseries is a love letter to the passion and craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation.
