This company has bad communication. They don’t reply and when on the rare occasion when they do, it is to make the same excuse about postal issues. This company is based in China and not in Scandinavia as they lead the public to believe on their website. I believe this Company to be a scam. I ordered a clock from them. They say they have to check into what has happened with this in the postal system. Too many people have reported the same issue. BEWARE
