I was able to try this product for free through a rebate program. I love that it has hidden veggies so I feel good feeding it to my kiddos. It has a good taste and affordable price. I would purchase again.

I love the cauliflower pasta from this brand because it's just plain delicious. It's super expensive though, so I only get it if I can get for about $2 a box. The only downside to this pasta is that it can make quite a mess inside the pot.

Tried the rotini shape with peas, lentils, and cauliflower. The texture is a little bit different that typical wheat pasta, but when combined with sauce there isn’t too much noticeable difference. Would repurchase.

If the pasta didn't get mushy when boiled on the stove I'd really love this product from VeggieCraft. I've tried a few of their pastas and they all end up mushy. I recommend either under-cooking it or just admit your dinner might be a little mushy. I like adding in other kinds of pasta so the mushiness blends in with veggies and other textures of foods.

Veggiecraft pasta is a blessing for people who cannot tolerate wheat-based or gluten pasta well. I found them easily in different flavors at local Stop & Shop. The pasta take a bit longer longer to cook given the cauliflower / lentil blends, but it is well worth it. Taste is pleasant, and the pasta bits absorb sauces well.

I am always looking for ways to include more vegetables and fiber in my cooking, so this has been an excellent pasta selection. The taste is a little different from regular pasta, however, it’s not reprehensible and since pasta is paired with sauces, it’s not that noticeable.

Cute box and great alternative for most pasta. It does have a slightly chewier texture and cooking too long can cause water-soluble nutrients to leach into the water. If tasting by itself it's obviously a little different than normal pasta too. However, I do like the variety of flavors, shapes, and included vegetables which can really help with incorporating nutrients into a kid's meal!
I've not picky about my healthy pasta alternatives, but I think of the ones I've tried, this had the worst texture. It still tastes good, but the penne got floppy quickly and didn't hold sauce so well.
Love, love, love VeggieCraft! The texture and flavor is wonderful. I feel great about eating it for the extra servings of veggies!
I thoroughly enjoyed trying Veggiecraft Penne Pasta! What stood out to me is its unique blend of lentils and cauliflower, which creates a delicious, gluten-free, high-protein, and low-carb alternative to traditional wheat-based pasta. I especially appreciate that it’s packed with protein and fiber, making it a nutritious choice for my meals. After trying it, I’ve decided to make the switch to VeggieCraft Pasta permanently—it’s that good! I’m also excited to see what’s next for the brand and hope they expand their product line to include more pasta shapes in the future.
