I’ve been purchasing these heating pads and every 6 months they stop Working. Usually the company will send me a new one but now they said I’ve returned too many and won’t respond. I wouldn’t recommend this company since their products break after 6 months. One actually started burning and they didn’t even care to send me a new one. Very dangerous!! They are telling me I “didn’t use it right” but that’s not true and now they ignore me. Terrible customer service. You cannot even review them on Amazon so somehow that got blocked. If you do buy them on Amazon since they are more affordable than other brands, then just get the Asurion insurance with your purchase.
