  • I've loved all of my Urban Sophistication phone cases over the years!! they all have always been v much of their own distinct era. I obviously started out with the OG "social media seriously harms your mental health" (before gigi hadid did, but who's counting), then when I got my iPhone 11 I got the "spent my rent on an oversized phone, not big enough to live in," followed by a plush star case that feels very y2k. I love that the brand was founded by a brother/sister duo and it's been cool to see it grow in its own right over the years.

The plush case has gotten beat up over time and the clear cases have yellowed but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • "Lost Package and Disappointing Support" I purchased a phone case from US and unfortunately encountered a disheartening experience. The package, which was supposed to contain the protective case for my phone, was inexplicably lost in transit. What added to the frustration was the lack of effective support from the company. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, the customer support was unhelpful and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. This incident has left me not only without the product I paid for but also deeply dissatisfied with the customer service. Losing a package can happen, but the absence of proactive and supportive assistance to rectify the situation is disappointing. Regrettably, I expected more from US and hope they can improve their customer service to prevent such occurrences for others in the future.

  • Horrible case!!! Not thin at ALL! It’s like a military case!!! I wanted to return. Not only do I need to take pictures of the box and case, there is a 15% restocking fee and you pay for the shipping back. Do not buy from here! You will not get what you think you ordered and will have to pay for it!

  • Urban sophistication is a poorly run company that spends all of it's money on remarketing ads instead of investing in sound prototypes / viable products that encourage satisfied customers and repeat sales. Not surprised this company is Israeli based/led- they are the ultimate culture of thieves in today's society. I've ordered three different replacement phone cases from this company. ALL of them have manufacturing defects , and wrong proportion sizes that result in iphone side buttons to be constantly engaged/volume going array. Screenshot functions no longer work. To receive a refund, they will ask to see a video of the phone in the case not working. Then they will take 5-7 days to respond. So if you live alone and don't have a second phone, good luck with the 10 day return window! Company will ask you to perform ridiculous tasks with crazy long response times in hopes that you forget. Urban Sophistication has proven they do not care about their defective products or their customers. Certainly not worth the large price point.
