I have always been a UGG girl. Have 3 pairs of different types and colors. I like that no matter how the trends keep on changing but you can not go wrong with Uggs. Just one thing I don't like about them since they are made of suede, they get dirty easily and not meant for rainy and snowy weather which is obvious but its even hard to clean them.

Absolutely love my UGGs! They’re incredibly comfortable, warm, and stylish. The quality is top-notch, and they keep my feet cozy even on the coldest days. I wear them all the time, whether I’m running errands or relaxing at home. Plus, they’re super versatile and go with just about any outfit. Definitely worth the investment!

FYI: Hey guys so I purchased some boots from Uggs and they were stolen because I didn't get them Uggs depend n Fedex or UPS to resolve the case and If they deny it Uggs go by what they decide even though you brought the boots from UGGS. They will not let you speak to a manager or anything can you believe that shi.... Don't buy from them they are denying responsibility and leaving it up to a 3rd party to decide if you get you money back or your purchase what kind of crazy shit is that?????

I am in Canada and in November I ordered mini classic boots as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter in California. The order was confirmed and eventually was shipped. Tracking shows that the shipment was refused and returned to warehouse. My shipment was not delivered (unless perhaps it went to the wrong address) and was refused. When I phoned today, all the clerk was able to tell me was exactly what I found on the internet. She couldn't even give me a name or email of a manager, nor could she even give me an address to write to Ugg. (Not her fault if she is provided with this info). Additionally, Ugg are now OUT OF STOCK of the size I had ordered and OUT OF STOCK of the color I had order. Thank you Ugg for causing me so much work and ruining Christmas for my granddaughter in California. Not only that, for the price I paid (with currency exchange it came to $215) I would have expected more than non delivery. Total disappointment. Useless customer service. I had intended to write a private letter to Ugg, but as I have no email address, then I have to review for all to see.

UGGS customer service sucks. I ordered boots for my girl from the OEM site to make sure we got them. We even got expedited shipping AND they never showed up. The carrier supposedly lost them in transit and they did nothing about it. We called and they said we won’t send a replacement and we can reorder but we have to go through a claims process. They didn’t refund us nor send a new pair. Moral of the story - we ordered from foot locker

Amazing quality and super comfortable! So cute with all outfits and perfect for winter. Been an ugg lover since middle school :)
