TOV Furniture reviews and discussion

TOV slaps. I was really nervous to purchase an item from TOV - the Reddit and Trustpilot reviews didn’t inspire a ton of confidence - mixed as they were. I decided anyway that I really wanted to buy their counter stools so I went ahead and purchased them. After humming and hawing many times on the website, I decided to just go for it and order the stools. Of course, I rushed and ordered them in black and not white. I was so annoyed - given all the bad things I read about customer service, I thought there would be no way they would correct it. I emailed and called and voila, the next day they changed my order. They were extremely responsive and helpful even when I was the one to make a mistake. The order arrived within a week and a half. The chairs were packed very securely and were in perfect condition. Most importantly, beyond being aesthetic, they are so comfortable and after using scotch guard, I haven’t seen any discoloration, etc. I am really impressed with TOV. Great prices for the quality and design. Would order again!
