My brother recommended this pillow last year. We are both getting on in age and suffer from poor sleep and neck pain. My neck pain was insufferable and I was at my wit's end. This pillow is MAGIC! It doesn't look like it will be comfortable, and you think it's going to make the pain worse. It made the pain almost disappear (sadly, it can't cure arthritis)! The only thing I don't like is the pillow case it comes with, not very breathable or comfortable, but an easy fix as most pillowcases will fit this very rectangular pillow. You get two, BTW.
