Overall, I like the concept and customer service; however, improvements are needed.
When I entered my card details for the membership, it charged a different card on my account without notifying me that there was an issue with the card I provided. Normally, there’s an option to provide a different card, so I was upset that it used a card I did not authorize.
Second, they failed to update me that my price match link did not work, which resulted in me waiting unnecessarily. When I contacted customer service, I received a $5 Thrive credit, but by then, the price of the oil I wanted to purchase had gone up by $7. While the price match eventually worked after I provided the link, the lack of status updates was frustrating. That said, I think the price match system is great when it works.
I also don’t think it’s fair that the "$60 gift" isn’t revealed until after signing up for the membership.
Lastly, I will not be keeping my membership, as there isn’t enough variety. I would LOVE if they started selling fresh and frozen produce.
On a positive note, their home brand products are well made and look as great in real life as advertised online.
