Their customer support is extremely rude, and they didn’t ship my order for almost a week until I contacted them myself. Only then did they suddenly send it with a $53 one-day express shipping, which I had to pay for because of their mistake. At first they claimed my order was placed the same day I wrote to them. When I told them I ordered almost a week earlier, they changed the story to “Sorry, we mixed up the orders.” Because of their disorganization, I ended up paying for shipping twice. This store is a nightmare — don’t ruin your holidays dealing with them.
