I don't doubt the passion behind the brand and also that their tea is at least mid-high quality. But their customer service seems to me unprofessional. 1. I ordered it and my order was cancelled because it was flagged as suspicious. I paid through shop.app and all my other orders through there had no issues. That in itself is fine but I didn't know it was cancelled because I didn't receive an email. It would be nice to receive an email saying my order was cancelled. 2. I ordered another order. These are all gifts to people. I didn't see that they emailed me asking about order confirmation for my 2nd order. I already emailed them asking where I can find USPS tracking number. Their reply: "Our earlier email to you was ignored, so this order was cancelled and refunded. Please note we will not accept future orders, and any future order placed will not be shipped or refunded. Please order elsewhere". Then my 2nd order was also cancelled. I guess now I'm "not supposed" to order from them anymore. I'm just a little confused at why they seemed somewhat hostile, like they were taking my accidental lack of response very personally.

I love my haruto matcha from Tezumi! It’s the perfect smooth, balanced flavor for my matcha lattes. I’ve tried many different matches from different brands and this is the best I’ve tried, I won’t buy from anywhere else!

Tezumi is my go-to tea company. I order everything from their loose leaf green teas to several of their matchas, and every order has been consistently amazing. The quality is clear as it's smooth, vibrant, and fresh without that bitterness you can get with lower-grade teas. I’ve gifted their matcha set to friends, and now several of them have become loyal customers too. Everyone I’ve shared it with has let me know they could tell their tea is high quality. What I love most is that the price feels fair and my order is shipped efficiently. I highly recommend!

I’m new to matcha and discovered Tezumi after seeing them at the NYC Coffee Festival. I met some of their team there and they were SO friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. The quality for the price is amazing, and I love that everything comes from small Japanese farms so you know exactly where your tea is coming from. Their beginner guides have been super helpful, and their YouTube videos are really fun and interesting. I especially love the ones showing how the teaware is made. Making matcha is now one of my favorite parts of the morning. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Tezmute Tea consistently and honestly didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. The first thing I noticed was how clean and calming it feels — no jittery energy, no crash, just a smooth, steady improvement in how my body feels. Doesn’t have that coffee-mold taste you buy at the store or at local coffee shops . I find that it helps with bloating, digestion, and overall inflammation, and you genuinely feel lighter after just a few cups. As someone who enjoys a nice hot cup of something in the morning and at night I find this brand to fulfill both my needs. Plus I enjoy how it’s a small /local family business and the owners have put in sweat and tears to get this product into people’s hands all over the world. Big fan!

I started drinking Tezumi Tea in the past two years and wanted to review their products. I’m currently enjoying their Lemongrass Kamairicha and Genmaicha teas. Their diverse selection of matchas are also great to try but I’m enjoying their loose teas very much. Highly recommend their teas and check out their YouTube Channel too!

Tezumi has become my go-to for matcha! High-quality, reasonably priced, and shipped quickly in excellent, freshness-preserving packaging. Despite occasional sellouts in the matcha industry right now, they always have something great available. I'm learning a lot from their blog and YouTube and truly enjoying the world-class products.

I bought a Japanese Kyusu Fujita Tokuta - Tapezoidal Blach Tokoname-yaki tea pod 200ml, it's beautiful, and I love it. As it gave out barely two small teacups, I wondered if 200ml was true, it turned out only 150ml when I mearured it. I emailed Tezumi asking what's all about. From their reply, they knew, they understood and they anticipated the 20% to 30 % shrinkage by the production process, but avoid accepting the fact that (even they knew it) they did not make it clear the capacity can be around 25% less within their product description (and the item label), then offered free return if the pod was unused. Who on earth that would immediately measure the pod capacity when it arrived? I had a small pod and used it over twenty years, plus couple bigger pods for years without bothering about their capacities. Now, because the pod was tried, can't be returned, they declared the sale final. So, please be alert with this seller's product descriptions.

You can tell these people care about tea. I discover their company from the YouTube channel, and I loved David’s videos. I have ordered a kyusu and the sampler pack of tea and the packaging was fantastic and included written notes. Definitely would recommend, and I’m planning on ordering again soon!

Tezumi has incredible products and service. This is one of the only legitimate tea companies on ThingTesting... everything else is an influencer brand With regards to the other review you can see here, it’s crazy how this website just allows crazy people to tarnish the reputation of a good company

Do not buy from this company they don’t care about customers and only want your money if your package gets misdelivered or lost or never sent they claim it’s not their problem. I have cameras at my house and they claim a package was delivered but it was not. Unreliable company do not buy from them.
