Reviews mention

  • Luxurious textures and packaging
  • Gentle, effective rice cleansers
  • Hydrating, glow-boosting moisturizers
  • Silky, pore-blurring primer
  • Occasionally heavy, sticky finishes
  • Fragrance irritates sensitive skin
  • Inconsistent sunscreen elegance
  • Mixed, average visible results

Tatcha earns largely positive reviews as a luxurious, effective skincare line, with standouts like The Dewy Skin Cream, The Water Cream, The Rice Wash/Polish, Camellia Cleansing Oil, and The Silk Canvas primer delivering soft, glowy, smooth skin and strong makeup prep. However, reviewers flag weaknesses: some formulas feel heavy or sticky, fragrance irritates sensitive skin, sunscreens and a few moisturizers underwhelm, and results can be average relative to hype.

  • I have used the Tatcha dewy cream and I wouldn't personally buy it again. It was highly moisturizing, however it did leave a slightly sticky residue on my face and was extremely shiny to the point where I felt it made my skin look greasy. Whenever I used this product it would be before bed because I felt like it definitely wasn't a light enough product to wear out of the house with no make up.

  • I've been using the Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist since college (....7 years ago lolol), and I absolutely love it! This setting spray not only locks my makeup in place all day but also gives my skin a gorgeous dewy finish *heart eyes* Can't wait to try their skincare next!

    Works for Tatcha
  • I've bought a bundle with the rice cleanser, oil cleanser, and face moisturizer. I was more impressed by the packaging and claims than the actual products themselves. The sizes were small. About a 1/2 oz size for all but the oil came in a full oz. The rice cleasing powder was a waste and I used it all the first time I tried it. The directions were to pour some in your hands add a little water for lathering. I used the whole package just to get enough lather to wash my face. The moisturizer was pretty much like any drug store brand and went quickly. I still have the cleansing oil which I use to remove eye makeup. My impression; very expensive and meh.

  • Quite expensive but the products make my skin feel luxurious. It doesn’t quite work effectively for me but I do enjoy the ritual of skincare with tatcha when I have the time!

  • Never could find skin products that calm my skin down. My Millie pumps have completely disappeared

  • The ultimate luxury but effective skin care brand. I am obsessed with their products and always going back to them after trying something else. They also have an amazing mission!

  • Beautiful products and a lovely non-imposing scent. Each one of their products that I have used I would repurchase at the right price, and some I repurchase at full price. The rice wash cleanser is an amazing value and lasts a long time given you need very little of it for a cleanse. It is gentle but has tiny rice granules that help with extremely mild exfoliation. The moisturizers are all quite nice and all have different weights so best to test before getting. The indigo body cream is also great! I always find the pumps and bottles the items come in nice and substantial without being too over the top and the overall packaging is beautiful and makes for a great gift.

  • I absolutely love this brand especially the cleansers. It’s gentle on my skin and doesn’t leave it dry. There’s no overwhelming scent.

  • Hydration and Nourishment: One of the standout features of the Tatcha Dewy Cream is its ability to deeply hydrate and nourish the skin. Packed with botanical extracts, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid, the cream helps to replenish moisture levels and promote a plump, supple complexion. Users with dry or dehydrated skin often praise its hydrating properties, claiming that it leaves their skin feeling soft, smooth, and deeply moisturized.

  • I had used a few of their products in the past and loved them, BUT I received a sample of their Texture Tonic from Sephora and okay first of all that 5ml sample lasted FOUR MONTHS before I used it all and let me just tell you I’m convinced that product is magic! 👀🪄I really struggle with acne scarring and big pores and I literally feel like a new woman my skin hasn’t looked this good since I was 16! Just trust me I didn’t even know the gift I was about to receive from the universe and I started noticing real result within the first few weeks I’m blown away and so grateful for that sample I will be buying and using that product forever as far as I’m concerned. Little on the $$$ side, but baby you’re paying for the luxury and PRIVILEGE to have that beautiful skin you deserve. Very happy consumer!

  • Love tatcha products. They're very luxurious and work great. It has made my face feel clean and smooth.

  • tatcha primers are the absolute best and make my CC cream stay on all day without flaking or slipping off.

  • The skin mist is a luxury product I pick up from time to time that I just adore. Anything from the purple “dewy” line has felt really agreeable and lovely on my face.

  • Ive sampled the tatcha moisturzer from sephora and let me tell you, If it didnt hurt my pockets id be buying it more often. My skin feels as smooth as a baby's butt.

Pricing makes sense for the quality but for me personally if theres a way to reduce costs the brand would have more audience in my demographic purchasing it.

  • I have used the rice face polish and it's one of my favorite exfoliators, it's non irritating and makes my skin super soft.

  • its nice packaging but not great for super dry skin

    Feedback

wish the standard products were more moisturizing

  • I received the camellia cleansing oil for Christmas and it has to be my favorite product! It melts your makeup off without that super greasy and oily feeling it’s the best!
