I bought my first bottle of VIVO Lambrusco infused vinegar at the Old Greenwich Farmer’s Market about three years ago. After that first bottle, my husband and I became casual ““spokespeople” for this wonderful product. Next came the purchase of a case so that we would not run out too soon - - an awful thought! Its delectable sweet-yet-tart flavor (hints of strawberry) makes everything taste better. I rarely am able to pass by the bottle and not take a quick slug. But, on a personal note, the best comment I can make is that our formerly salad-disliking grandson is nuts about my salad dressing and always, always, always tells me how delicious my salads are.
