Calories are evil. Eat carbs. Don’t eat carbs. Fats are bad. Fats are good. Avoid all fats. Avoid some fats. It all boils down to one simple truth: food companies know that as long as we’re afraid of our bodies and the food we put in them, we won’t be sure of what we need or want, or even what tastes good. At Taos Bakes, we obsess over experience. We're here to shift the conversation from health claims and fickle food trends to upholding timeless and wholesome ingredients as the core of great food. From a quick snack to fuel your next meeting, workout or school, all the way to enjoy a five-course meal or a perfectly designed craft cocktail. We aim to use whole foods and create something timeless centered around an amazing experience.
