Reviews mention

  • Velvety, invisible finish
  • Makeup-friendly primer texture
  • Inclusive, no white cast
  • Lightweight, elegant formulas
  • Occasional oily residue
  • Chemical scent or eye sting
  • Tinted shade range limitations
  • Packaging clogs or separation

Supergoop! earns largely positive reviews for wearable, no–white-cast SPF formulas that double as makeup primers—Unseen Sunscreen and Glow Screen frequently impress for smooth, lightweight application and everyday protection—yet some reviewers report greasiness, pilling, breakouts, or separation and question efficacy versus cheaper dupes. Reviews highlight inclusive, matte-to-glowy finishes, easy reapplication formats (sprays, sticks, powders), and family-friendly PLAY, while noting product-inherent drawbacks like oily feel, chemical scent or eye sting, heavy shine from Glow products, limited shade range in tints, and occasional packaging clogs or leaks.

  • I love this sunscreen because I have the tinted matte version and it does not make my face look greasy after a long day of wear. It applies really well and it does not leave any shine behind.

I don’t really like the smell of this sunscreen. If they could find a way to neutralize the smell it would be really great, but I’m still going to keep buying the sunscreen because I still like it.

  • I love a variety of their products. I have the regular sunscreen, oil sunscreen, and the powder version. It’s different forms make it easy to apply and reapply for different situations.

    Feedback

It’s really expensive, I wish it was more reasonably priced.

  • Everyday lotion is a great sunscreen. I use it on my face and body. No white cast, not oily, never had any breakouts or skin irritation after use. Easy application. SPF 50 keeps my skin protected and I burn easily. Only con is the price, but you are paying for quality.

  • I tried it out based on seeing it on social media but LOVE it! The unseen sunscreen and re-setting spray are both absolutely incredible.

  • I've tried three of their sunscreens and have really liked them all. My favorite is the glow screen for everyday use to be able to layer under makeup for that easy tik tok makeup everybody is doing. I also really love to use the matte one because of its primer like consistency when I know its going to be really hot outside.

The packaging makes it hard to get the last little bit of product out. I had to cut mine in half and scoop out the rest which isn't as sanitary.

  • They have a sunscreen for every need. Can be used as a primer or skin tint. The glow screen has become a staple in my make up/skin care routine!

  • I use the unseen sunscreen and glow stick every day. I am super sensitive to sunscreen and hate the feeling of sweating through it in the summers, but these are so lightweight and feel so sheer on the skin. Also great protection.

    Would like larger packaging.

  • Tried the mineral sunscreen, and it is way heavier and more noticeable than elta md.

  • Bought the unseen sunscreen a couple years ago, but it left me greasy and with acne. Recently went to a festival with a pop up and tested the play, glow, and spray. Out of all of them, the glow is my favorite. Leaves a lovely shimmer and doesn’t break me out. Play is also lightweight for my body. The spray, however, has a smell I don’t like and left my face feeling filmy and sticky.

    Feedback

I would say the formula of unseen and the new spray are too greasy for me.

  • Obsessed. Matte Screen is better than any high end primer I have ever used. I used to use 3 different products to get this effect, now I get sunscreen, primer, and matte powder effect all in one easy step. I can’t live without this.

Offering a darker shade of Matte Screen. Tried to share with a friend with darker skin and she literally looked like Casper the ghost.

  • I first tried this at a spa and couldn’t get enough. It applies so great and doesn’t have a bad smell!

    Feedback

I wish it was a little bit cheaper. It’s expensive in the sunscreen department.

  • Seen this product on multiple big social media influencers, decided to give it a try. The glow sunscreen is really nice and doesn't smell at all.

    Formula is good as is.

  • I use this as my everyday sunscreen for body and face. I have sensitive skin and can't use most sunscreens, especially in cream form, but these are clean and never leave an oily residue or a white cast on my skin. They feel great on the skin too. They are a little pricey, but I am willing to pay more for less breakouts.

  • I have the Supergoop Glowscreen and absolutely LOVE it. The sunscreen doesn't leave an oily residue, it leave me skin looking even, glowy, and of course, protected from the sun! Can't rave enough about this product.

  • Products work well but glow screen makes me look orange and very sweaty.

  • I love this brand and feel like they have a super elevated customer presence. Their products always look good and their store displays are super appealing. I've tried both the glowscreen and the dry oil and I love both! They

  • I have Lupus so Sunscreen is very important to be a daily thing, I've been using the mineral sunscreen on my face and have loved it and for touch ups when I'm wearing make up I put on the mineral powder sunscreen! It's great and I've gotten no pilling from my liquid sunscreen!

  • Sun protection good. Unseen sunscreen glidey and nice.

    expensy for too little product!

  • Supergoop is a hit or a miss for me in terms of their products. I love the invisible sunscreen, but the glow screen pills and makes my face feel dry. It's price point is higher than a lot of other quality face sunscreens, so I don't feel a need to repurchase this particular brand.

  • I use supergoop everyday. I go through bottles of the Play sunscreen for my kids. They both have pale, sensitive skin. Not only does this keep them protected but it does not cause a reaction. For me, it’s the For Every Face or Glow Screen for face protection.
