Reviews mention

  • Velvety, invisible finish
  • Makeup-friendly primer texture
  • Inclusive, no white cast
  • Lightweight, elegant formulas
  • Occasional oily residue
  • Chemical scent or eye sting
  • Tinted shade range limitations
  • Packaging clogs or separation

Supergoop! earns largely positive reviews for wearable, no–white-cast SPF formulas that double as makeup primers—Unseen Sunscreen and Glow Screen frequently impress for smooth, lightweight application and everyday protection—yet some reviewers report greasiness, pilling, breakouts, or separation and question efficacy versus cheaper dupes. Reviews highlight inclusive, matte-to-glowy finishes, easy reapplication formats (sprays, sticks, powders), and family-friendly PLAY, while noting product-inherent drawbacks like oily feel, chemical scent or eye sting, heavy shine from Glow products, limited shade range in tints, and occasional packaging clogs or leaks.

  • I really enjoyed the spf for under my daily makeup. It's non greasy and layers well with my skin care. I have dry to normal skin with a lot of piling usually, but pressing it in with my hands helps!

  • I feel like this brand doesn't have the best ingredients and illuminates your face which actually attracts the sun. So it is doing the opposite of its job.

  • love the sunscreen, a little oily for me even with my dry skin. Not the best sunscreen, but gets the jobs done!

  • I love the Unseen Sunscreen from Supergoop. I’ve been using it for years as a makeup primer and everyday sunscreen for my face, neck, and hands. I also like the shimmery sunscreens but I haven’t tried all of the shades yet.

  • I love the glow screen so much. It was a perfect base for my makeup and I always got compliments on my skin!

  • I love this brand! their products are so amazing and they really work. I am a huge fan of the (re)setting sunscreen mist! It’s so convenient and easy to use

  • I love the unseen sunscreen as do my children. My husband loves the play sunscreen as well because it doesn’t leave him feeling sticky after application. However the price point of their products is very expensive for what you get. Additionally the moisturizer actually caused a skin condition that took months for me to get rid of. We will continue to use their other products (glow screen, unseen sunscreen and play) but do wish they were more affordable.

  • The Unseen Sunscreen is the best facial sunscreen I’ve tried yet. Although on the pricey side, it’s the first sunscreen I’ve used that doesn’t leave that horrible sticky residue, especially when doing sport.

  • I recently tried SuperGoop, a brand that has changed how I think about protecting my skin from the sun. I care a lot about having healthy and glowing skin, so I'm always searching for products that actually work and keep me safe from harmful UV rays. SuperGoop has impressed me in every way and surpassed my expectations.

SuperGoop could make their products easier to find and buy. Right now, they mainly sell online and in a few stores, which might not be convenient for everyone. It would be better if they could sell their products in more places or team up with more stores. That way, more people would have access to their products and could see them in person before buying. Another thing that could be improved is the prices of SuperGoop products. I know that good skincare can be expensive, but some people might find SuperGoop products too pricey. It would be nice if they had more affordable options or offered discounts sometimes. That would make it easier for people with different budgets to afford their products.

  • I've been using the unseen sunscreen for several month on a daily basis now. The finish is great and it gives your skin a nice dewy look. Would recommend

  • The glow facial sunscreens are the GOAT. I get so many compliments on how radiant and sun-kissed my face looks when I put this on. No need for make-up. I'm on my second bottle of the extra large size, just in time for the sun. The subscription isn't the easiest to cancel on the website, though. Overally, the product is highly recommended.

    It could be cheaper.

  • I've tried almost all of the various goop sunscreen products and other than the full body spray, I'm not a fan. The lip ones taste gross and the face ones made me break out and the texture was impossible to use under makeup.

  • As someone who has tried every face sunscreen brand I could get my hands on, Supergoop is my tried and true. It is the only one that sits perfectly beneath my makeup and doesn't give me a white cast on my face. It also doesn't break me out, which is huge for me because my face is so sensitive!

I don't think Supergoop has anything to improve! 10/10 experience for me

  • i’ve only used unseen sunscreen but it’s incredible

  • Supergoop spray sunscreen is the absolute best IMO. Have used it with kids, family, etc. It is more expensive, but everyone in my family will use it and it works! Haven't used any of the lotion or other products, but I don't go on holiday without the spray!

  • I use glow screen daily. I love the glowiness it gives my bare skin and it also shows through just right when I layer make-up over it. It's lightweight too!

  • Love supergoop! It’s a little overpriced but the products are good and feels great on my skin! Sale time is definitely the time to buy it.

The product was nice and smooth and didn’t break me out. If it was on sale I would definitely recommend getting it.

  • Overall pretty good experience, like the convenient pump design and felt like it offered good sun protection. Have also tried the dry shampoo/hair sunscreen and it works better than most dry shampoos but really gets caked in there.

The formula is pretty greasy and doesn’t absorb well. Feel like it might be rubbing off on my clothes but it is effective at protecting against the sun.
