Supergoop! earns largely positive reviews for face and body SPF that feels lightweight, leaves no white cast, and layers well under makeup—standouts include Unseen Sunscreen, Glow Screen, PLAY lotion, and Glow Stick. Reviews also flag drawbacks: some formulas feel oily or silicone-heavy, can pill or sting eyes, trigger breakouts, separate in the tube, have unpleasant taste/scent (lip products), and several users question ingredient choices and overall efficacy; many find it pricey.

  • This sunscreen is expensive, I won't lie, bit it does work really well. It doesn't leave a white cast and it feels good going on. But there are other sunscreens that do similar or better than this one.

  • I've tried the UNSEEN sunscreen years ago. The silky and matte texture was like no other sunscreens. It felt really light on the skin. I loved it! Sad that I can't get them easily in S. Korea.

  • OBSESSED with this product! Lightweight, easy sizes for travelling and affordable!

  • Cannot live without my daily slather of SPF! This is the only kind that works for drier skin. It puts on a clear layer that keeps skin moist all day long and also services as a makeup primer. I hear there is a spray for during the day touch ups but NOT available in Canada (come on Health Canada!!). I recommend to all my family & friend. Cons: pricey but worth it

  • I have brown skin and this goes on great. Very smooth and no white cast.

  • Glow screen is the best! Just got my mother in law hooked. Perfect for days when I need to protect my skin but might run into people I know so I need a little polish!

  • This sunscreen is worth the hype! It is effective and feels lovely when I apply it to my skin.

  • This sunscreen was great for everybody I knew. Until I tested it out and it was nice and made my skin soft. But it also broke me out very bad

  • My kids love this brand and product. We use the unseen gel and its literally the only sunscreen they will put on. Kids can be insanely picky so to get their approval (9 and 6 year old) is high praise!

  • Overpriced. While they are nice enough sun protection products, they are not revolutionary. I did like the roll on better than most but felt oily after. Similarly, the powder stick is still considered to be at vanguard but really didn't work that well. If the price point was slightly more accessible then I may have increased my rating but there are definitely better options on the market for a "luxury" price. The Sheer Screen also has an odd bakery-esq odor. Not off putting to me, however was to my partner.

  • Light weight, good for sensitive skin

  • I’ve only used the mini glow screen sunscreen & i loved it!

  • Great coverage that’s good for people that need extreme spf due to skin conditions. For someone just looking for a basic spf with tint, super goop was just like its name, very heavy and goopy. Looked like I had a mask in my face and as the day went on the makeup cracked and felt sticky and heavy on my skin which was uncomfortable and hot.

  • Works well with my skin! Loving the subtle scent as well. Def. recommended!

  • The ultimate Supergoop product is the Unseen Suncreen, which is truly invisible with a soft, matte, gel-like texture that isn't sticky at all. There's no white-cast because of the translucency and goes on so smoothly that it acts as a good base for makeup. The Glowscreen is meant to do the above, but in more of a lotion-form, and did clog my sensitive skin with the extra color and glow put into it. I would only recommend if it doesn't irritate your skin. Lastly, I can't recommend the (Re)setting Refreshing Mist SPF 40. It smells nice but the spray application feels heavy and would be better in a continuous mist bottle instead of a pump spray. But the worst part is how the product slides down your face with sweat or water and completely irritated/burned my eyes until I washed them out. Now I just use it on my body because it sweat into my eyes so badly.

  • The sunscreen is good. If you have a problem you will not be able to reach them. The customer service is the worst. I received 1/2 of an order. You cannot reach them by phone. You cannot reach them by email (only automated responses). You cannot reach them by chat. There are other brands that probably want to keep their customers.

  • I have used a variety of Supergoop's SPF products over the past 2 years and really enjoy them. First off, I love the bright, cheerful packaging. The product I have ordered most has been the Glowscreen SPF 40 which I love to wear alone or under makeup. The only downside to the Glowscreen is that it tended to make my skin look and feel greasier than other similar products and it did clog my pores so I use it sparingly. I also have tried the Glow Oil SPF 50 for my body and LOVE it for days on the lake to give my skin extra hydration and glow. I was not too impressed with the PLAY Lip Balm SPF 30. I have sensitive lips that are prone to cold sores and for some reason this lip balm really made my lips angry and it doesn't taste very good (not that I'm eating the lip balm, but we all know how lip product flavors naturally get in your mouth especially when eating or drinking). The final product I've tried and will continue to buy is the (Re)setting 100% Mineral Powder SPF 35! I love how this powder is mess free and a really easy way to reapply sunscreen over your makeup! I personally haven't seen many powder SPF products on the market and love that this powder not only protects my skin while also giving me a matte finish which is a nice option living in a humid state. I'm also a blonde, so I have used this powder on my scalp along my part on days I'm out in the sun and not wearing a hat. The Resetting Powder has earned a permanent spot in my purse.

  • Update: a plot twist! I've been using it now for a lot longer. I think it is clogging my pores which is breaking me out with blind pimples that eventually erupt and then scar. I have never had acne issues before, and they seem to clear up when I stop using! So disappointing! Counter to my original review — will NOT be repurchasing! Original review: Cute and functional packaging. Use Unseen Suncreen — non-greasy, no white cast (a must for South Asian/brown skin). I have dry skin, this didn't break me out. Kind of works well as a primer under make-up, and can be layered on. Will re-purchase.

  • Very comfortable and penetrate the skin very fast. They sit very well under makeup which is very important to me. Defs recommend them
