My 18 year old son is beyond particular, especially about his clothes, so walking into SuitSupply in Greenwich felt like a small gamble. Instead, it turned into one of the best retail experiences we have had. The Mason Street store is set inside a gorgeous older house, and the whole place feels thoughtfully done in exactly the way you hope a menswear experience will. We were paired right away with a sales associate who was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully as my son explained what he wanted, pulled a few options, and guided him without overcomplicating anything. Once they landed on the suit, it was pinned for alterations and ready later that same day. My son loves it, which says everything. Since then, ordering shirts online has been easy because all of his sizing is already stored. It feels like we now have a place we can rely on, with pieces he is genuinely happy to wear.
