  Overpriced, crappy backpacks. They claim to have a "lifetime warranty" but when you try to get them to honor it, they respond that it does not cover seams that come apart or broken zippers - those sorts of problems are considered wear and tear, not manufacturer's defects. My expectation is that, for a high quality backpack, the seams should be strong enough to survive normal usage over a year or two. So their warranty is nonsense, and they don't take responsibility for their products.
