I discovered Sparkel when I was looking for an alternative to Sodastream because I wanted a system that didn’t require costly Co2 bottle refills (not to mention having to store them!). I loved Sparkels simple system of adding their two packets of powder (baking soda and citric acid) which creates a natural fizziness in the liquid. What I also think makes it better than the others? You can carbonate ANYTHING! I’ve done apple juice, old soda, lemonade. The possibilities are endless! P.S- they don’t want you to know this but I bought bulk citric acid and baking soda and just add a tbsp of each. This replaces this single packet powder system and I haven’t had a single issue.
