I have the smidge sensitive probiotic and the emu oil and I love both. There are a lot of gimmicky probiotic or gut health brands out there using strains that are not good for everyone. I have issues with histamine and the wrong probiotics make me feel sluggish and puffy. This is not the case with smidge, the strains are great for me and I can tell it works based on how differently my gut reacts vs when I don't take it. It cost me $100 and has over 1000 servings, it's incredible. They give you a tiny dosing spoon so it's super easy to take.
