    The Smart for Life chocolate chip cookies taste good. I prefer mine cold from the fridge with a cup of coffee. They work well to keep you satisfied based on the amount of protein and fiber. My husband and I both lost about 10lbs following their 5week program. My only issue is that the company is often sold out so it makes it difficult to consistently have as part of your diet program.
