She stays! I was worried at first that this wouldn't live up to the hype of staying put over a very gooey evening skincare routine, but I think the fact that the sheer surface area it covers gives it enough purchase to stay through the night. Easy to use, I have been a long-time mouth-taper and rely on this to keep my big ass mouth shut and prevent it from drooling like a faucet all night. Will be repurchasing. I wish tape wasn't so damn expensive.

I love the presentation and the thought that went into designing this product. It did make me sleepy, and I would start out sleeping. I have consistently awakened within an hour or two and struggled getting back to sleep. I really wanted this to be the answer for a full night sleep, but it wasn't. I think it's me though and would recommend those that struggle try this! I will post pictures later

Ok, I didn't think sleep tape would make such a difference, but it really does. I live in the desert, so any time my mouth is open even for a little bit at night, I wake up miserable. I was also surprised at how comfortable they are and how much they've helped my TMJ since I'm not grinding my teeth to keep my mouth closed. I'm a convert!

Sleep or Die mouth tapes is a trendy idea at the moment but it really works. It helped me to sleep better at night and at first I was worried about using it but it wasn’t hard or awkward at all. You get 30 for about $32 but if you’re one who sees benefits from it it’s worth it.

best mouth tape ever!!! I will not go back to any other company, actually sticks to skin care!!

Just got it a week ago! I think it’s effective the price is on the high. I think it would better if it were cheaper
