Sipsmith reviews and discussion

Sipsmith is probably my default go-to high quality gin. Their Dry Gin is classic and perfectly balanced for my tastes. Think heavy juniper and citrus notes, but without being overwhelming. I typically use it for either a classic gin and tonic garnished with lime (not cucumber) or a to make a Martini. Anyway, if you're looking for a high quality classic gin to make cocktails or just enjoy with some light tonic, this is the one!
