  • The newest product of Danone’s SILK I just found is their 13g plant protein lactose free dairy free milk. It is filling and seems creamy. First ingredient is soy milk, some cane sugar added and it also has added vitamins and minerals as well as gellan gum and natural flavor, a very broad word to describe an ingredient. The taste reminds me of a protein shake from a soy protein powder.

  • This is my favorite almond milk brand. It’s not grainy and super smooth. I like the one without sugar and it’s low calorie too. It doesn’t make the coffee taste bad. It’s great for recipes too as a substitute.

  • I enjoy this product because it has good macros for a plant based milk. I enjoy this with cereal for an added protein boost, but don’t love the taste of it by itself. Overall, I would recommend this product, but it can be a bit pricey.

  • I rely on Silk for their almond or soy milk options. I find the taste is richer than traditional dairy milk, and it has a longer unopened shelf life, which I appreciate. I also like the creamer and yogurt alternatives available from Silk. All their products are top quality, and I would recommend them.
