I started microdosing at the beginning of the year because a friend introduced me to Sero. After trying their Lite Brite product for a couple of weeks, I noticed that my mood was boosted positively, I felt more focused and energized and I could continue to carry on with my regular daily tasks without the feeling of being super anxious and heavily stressed like I normally am. I'm also a creative so when I really need to focus and get into a flow state, I find that micro-dosing really helps and I would 10/10 recommend Sero to anyone who is experiencing any form of mental barriers such as anxiety, depression or stress.

If you're thinking about microdosing, Sero offers tons of educational resources on it before you try. Sometimes it might not be for everyone, but for those who I've recommended it to who have had really bad PMDD symptoms or suffer from depression have found that it's improved their mental clarity.
