Semi exact reviews and discussion

Extremely disappointing experience. Month long delays, I had to beg very unresponsive customer service reps to actually receive product. Frame arrived damaged and made incorrectly (screw holes missing). When table was assembled there was a horrible racking issue (severe wobble) due to the design. Customer service strung me on for several more months until ghosting me and never resolved issues or gave me a refund. I Do not recommend SemiExact or DIY hairpin legs (same company) under any circumstances. Many bad reviews with similar experiences online agree. A total disaster.
