I really enjoy drinking this - it's like as simple as adding the electrolyte powder to my water but takes more shaking. I enjoy the flavor, it's also just like electrolyte water and the watermelon is my favorite flavor. I will keep buying this as it's a nice way to have extra protein before sleep which has helped me a lot! I needed a way to add in more protein as a vegetarian and this makes it easy.

The option to add more protein through the day via liquid is always a plus. This helps in that regard with a great watermelon flavor. The consistency is still a bit milky and chalky, but i better than most! 22g extra protein per serving is so welcome.
