I purchased: Heavenly Satin Unlined Balconette Bra; Heavenly Satin Brazilian Panty; Romantic Corded Lace Unlined Balconette Bra; Romantic Corded Lace Brazilian; and Renaissance Rose Maxi Slip. - I agree that their bras aren't the most comfortable, but I didn't purchase them to be comfortable. I got them to feel myself, which I definitely do! When I want to be very comfy, I go for bralettes or no bra at all. If you're looking for comfort, I suggest bralettes or cotton bras. I didn't try SavageXFenty's yet, but they seem ok! That being said, the bras I purchased reaaaally aren't the worst I've worn, comfort-wise. - This isn't luxury lingerie. It's expensive, but still in a price range in which you know that the fabric isn't going to be the best (it makes sense when you consider that the pieces are probably put together by exploited workers). I highly recommend (if you don't have the time to hand wash and use a washing machine) to use clothes-washing bags (you can get these in any dollar store), and wash the items at delicates cycle and with cold water-- and of course, separate light and dark colors. That's what I do, and so far, even though I wear the items quite often, they are pretty much intact. - Overall, I think the designs are super original and daring. That's my primary motivation for shopping SavageXFenty. I've read a comment saying that their lingerie was trashy-- I don't agree. There are multiple designs to choose from and if some of them don't feel right for you, there are always other options. Personally, I like a little vulgarity and dare on occasion. It makes me feel confident. To me, vulgarity and elegance and pretty well balanced in this brand! - I thought that the sizes were accurate (I'm a 36C cup and I wear Medium panties). I buy 36C elsewhere, and selected that size for SavageXFenty-- it fitted perfectly for me. - I have not experienced problems with delivery nor customer service, but these are the main complaints I've read about. The reviews I've seen dated from 2-3 years ago though, so maybe the company restructured their customer service policies since then. - Purchasing from outside the United States is not exactly worth it (I live in Canada)-- the VIP Membership is not offered outside of the States, so the pieces get quite expensive. With the shipping fees added (which go up when the order gets larger, which is kind of counter-intuitive since it doesn't really entice one to buy things), I thought it was too expensive for the overall quality of the products.

Me siento robada cada vez que me cobran el mes... no me dejan sacar mi tarjeta de la web por mensajes como dicen y no tengo saldo para llamar..., es una sinvergüenza la que creó esto. Ya me llevan una pasta y hize de todo pero nada, solo dan problemas. Hoy iba a gastar el dinero que llevo ahí "guardado" y me dice que maximo por compra es 99,90 creditos VIP por compra (tendré que hacer 3 o 4) y aun asi nose de donde me quieren sacar más dinero... Al momento de hacer la compra nose que le pasa que suma fatal la app, porfavor comprobar al momento de pagar !! Por experiencia de alguien que se ha gastado 300€ o + : la tela es de chino a un precio desorbitado; ayuda😭😭😭 No quiero que se la empresa se lamente, quiero que lo cambien ya o que lo compensen, tienen suerte de que no se puedan adjuntar fotos por aquí !!!!...

Nice, comfortable and sexy underwear/lingerie. Their lace is soft to the touch and resistant. The bras are beyond comfortable and you have several styles and sizes. Very inclusive brand.

I respect that the models are real women I felt comfortable buying something but the bra still fit oddly. the bottoms felt like a bucket for my a** . Overall my thing is.. its supposed to be lounge wear. It didnt feel like something I wanted to lounge in. weird lines on the nipple area.. didn't notice it when I ordered it. I give it a MEH Let me say I was on a fenty kick because I bought the make up and its so nice. But its not worth putting on my calendar to click the skip button for this 50 bucks they want to charge. Im gonna pass on the bucket a**

My experience with customer service was terrible. XFenty made a mistake with my order and there was a very simple solution to the problem. The ONLY solution that XFenty offered was time consuming and unecessary, so i cancelled my membership and i will not order n e thing else from XFenty EVER again. If customer service is important to u then XFenty is not the place to shop. I ordered 2 bras and they r very pretty but very uncomfortable, so if comfort is important to u XFenty is not the place to shop.

I like the items I’ve purchased from this website and I wanted to like them but they will randomly charge you & I skip at the beginning of the month every month! To avoid getting charged $49.95 for a store credit I don’t want.. I been getting notifications that someone been trying to charge my credit card which is on file with them but was unsuccessful at least 3 to 4 times in the morning around 1 A.M, Today I got a email saying I had a member credit with Savage Fenty. I didn’t understand where the charge came from since I skipped the month and it’s the end of the month.. I checked my other credit card which isn’t on file and seen they charged it! I called their customer service and wanted to know why was my card which isn’t on file with them being charged at the end of the month when I skipped it and how did they have this card number to charge anyway! I asked her to take all my cards off file and she wasn’t listening to anything just saying the money would be returned.. Her name was Philup no last name since they’re not allowed to tell you that information smh horrible experience and customer service.

I personally find the brand is hyped because of the name. While there are comfortable pieces some are just not worth the price.

I love who it is by, not much the product. I ordered my regular sizes in everything…and they were too tight/small. My husbands boxers literally got a hole in them, while wearing them for the first time. The only thing we love is our robes.

I love rih and try to support everything she does, this is one thing that I can’t wrap my head around. the membership is fairly expensive and in order to get reasonably priced underwear you have to have the membership. Also, the quality of the items are just okay. I look for cotton underwear that are still cute and this brand does not offer a lot of options that suit my preference. And for that I have to score this brand fairly low.
