Sartori Cheese is a fourth‑generation, family‑owned cheese maker based in Plymouth, Wisconsin. They use milk from local family farms to produce handcrafted cheeses such as BellaVitano, Parmesan, cheddar, Asiago and specialty cheese snacks. Their cheeses are sold across the U.S. and internationally.
