Am thoroughly impressed with this platform. They have such a fun array of products, some that I've never heard of! We just purchased the Ballarini Parma Plus 10-Piece Aluminum Nonstick Cookware Set & absolutely love cooking in them so far. Sabavi will definitely be a place we purchase gifts, suggest registry, & find cool products for our home/kitchen!

I was looking for a particular ring holder that I frequently give as an engagement gift at the beginning of January for a couple. The manufacturer was out, but Sabavi Home, which I had never used before, listed it as in stock. I ordered 3 and got an estimated shipping date. When I didn't get a notice of actual shipping, I contacted customer service. Sabavi was out of stock, but I got a new estimated shipping date. I did push back and say that I knew the manufacturer did not have the product. But Sabavi assured me that they would have it. Then I got another delay notice and a new estimated ship date. Today, I got a notice that my "Order shxxxxx was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded. " Every store can have stockouts, but Sabavi lists merchandise as in stock and takes payments before informing customers that they are out. Buyer beware.
