Coffee I love the taste of this coffee with the Ryze probiotic creamer.

Cannot say enough about how much I LOVE my Ryze Mushroom Coffee!! The taste is absolutely divine but even more, are the health benefits that come along with this morning routine- RYZE Coffee has truly boosted my immunity levels and I can honestly say I can see a huge improvement!! I will continue to buy this product, not only because of the health benefits but also because my focus has improved significantly and all of this comes without the jitters and no “crash” like with high caffeine or energy drinks- Thank you Ryze for an amazing product 🤩

Ryze has given My health back. There customer service is Amazing and hands on. People don't like the taste, because many think it should taste like Starbucks or traditional coffee. It is different, herbal, Earthy with hints of European instant with a nutty flavor. It gives me energy and focus that lasts all day. My sugar cravings are down, and I am calm, less anxiety. Inflammation is down with no pain in my knees. I drink it straight or with flavors. It has 6 adaptogenic mushrooms and I love it. ❤️

I purchased 1 pack of coffee to see how it tasted. The coffee was nasty, even after adding oak milk. Now Ryze is charging me $40.61 for another package of coffee; stating there was an agreement. I wouldn't agree to purchase a product more than my initial purchase until I know if I would like it or not. I guess that's the only way Ryze can sell their product by ripping consumers off.

Do NOT recommend, fraudulent company holding customers' funds without shipping out the products or sending refunds! I placed an order online, but never received a shipping email or the product. I emailed RYZE about my order status and never heard back! I had to dispute with credit card.

As stated by others, I never signed up for auto subscription. I can’t even finish the first two bags (I got one for someone else, and they didn’t want it) It has an atrocious taste, as well as smell. It has a gritty consistency that you have to constantly stir its contents to where it’s semi drinkable. I’ve tried caramel keto friendly creamer, 0 cal sweetener, and it still leaves an awful taste in my mouth. I reached out to Ryze and received a condescending response stating basically that I was too stupid to understand what I was doing when I specifically made a “one time” purchase. Never would I subscribe to anything without a positive initial trial run. A few years ago such a patronizing response wouldn’t have gone unchecked. Ryze, if your product wasn’t this awful you wouldn’t have to use such tactics. It’s a shame to the masses because you have to venture onto several sites to read real reviews, made by real Ryze consumers that are eerily similar to mine.

I’m not sure why people don’t read. The cheaper price enrolls you into a subscription which is very easy to adjust or cancel. All of the information is in the emails. I’ve been drinking the coffee every day for five months and I can tell you that this product has helped all of my GI problems caused by my medications for diabetes. I have more energy and focus as well. I now drink the Matcha or Chicory in the afternoon and the Hot cocoa at night. I love this product and the customer service is stellar.

I feel I should warn you about this company. I certainly wish I'd never gotten involved with them. When ordering a sample product, I was automatically enrolled in a subscription plan with no express permission on my part. When I tried to cancel, I was told I was 'too late' in canceling for the next shipment, so they charged me for it -- but SENT ME NO PRODUCT, so I paid $35 for nothing! They even told me they would automatically renew my subscription at a later time, and I was forced to send a nasty email to get rid of them. I have to question the integrity of a product when its producers are compelled to trick me into buying it.

My complaint is the same as a lot of others. My brother is a US Attorney and I am going to him with this!!! I DID NOT sign up for a monthly subscription yet they insist on charging me through my PayPal account!!!! RYZE coffee will not ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE FAKE SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED NOR WILL THEY REFUND MY MONEY!!!! Rita Ellsworth

This is a scam! They con you into trying their coffee and put you on a subscription without your authorization!! This Coffee is absolutely AWFUL!! and the customer service is RUDE and extremely unhelpful! All they want is your money! Horrible business model!! BEWARE! PURE GREED!! Before you know it - you will be in debt with this company and there’s no way out!! I hope they get reported to the BBB and every social media platform there is!!

It was pretty scummy of this company to sign me up for a subscription when it was clear to me during checkout I was just buying once. They are being dishonest and lacking clear transparency somewhere along the purchase line and they know it since "I didn't realize I enrolled in a subscription" is a default answer for unsubscribing! I don't recall any option to choose one-time only or subscription and I assumed one-time as I didn't see any notices about it being a recurring charge. They did send warning emails before I was billed again but I didn't check my email for a few days and missed the short window to cancel. To the CEO: You don't earn people's trust or business like this. You may have gotten an extra $50 out of me and others but your business will suffer in the long term when your reputation catches up with you. As for the product, the taste is not great, but that's mushrooms for you so I excused it for the alleged health benefits.

Two words : Rip Off! Do not buy this coffee, its very difficult to cancel your monthly subscription and the CEO of the company was very rude and disrespectful to me. Then when I posted my review, this company told the review company that my order doesn't exist. They owe me a refund and now they are claiming I'm not a Customer because I gave my honest opinion about their service and product . I paid my hard earned money for this, and this is the treatment I received. That's outrageous! This coffee isn't cheap and it taste nasty. They really need to stop lying to folks! Do not buy this crap! You will regret it. My next stop is the BBB if I don't get my refund. The nerve of this company.

I’m an allergic person and I decided to try Ryze coffee as an alternative to regular. I signed up to their website as a guest. And ordered just one package, because I didn’t know what the reaction of my body would be, and also I knew I’m moving soon. I got Ryze coffee tried it, A I didn’t like it, B I had a terrible allergic reaction on my skin. So I decided to search another alternative and not to go with Ryze brand. Today morning I’ve seen an email that my order is confirmed. I was WHAT?! what order? Are the kidding me? I’m getting dozens of emails so I don’t have time to open each of them. That’s why I didn’t notice they sent me another Ryze package a month before and withdraw money from my card. This months I’ve noticed. And asked to take this package back and to give money back. But they refused saying that they can send to my new address. What?! If you can send to my new address why won’t you send to your storage?! And give money back. I paid twice for something I don’t like, I didn’t order, I will never get because I moved. I don’t need your work with objections! I wish your company would be arrested for this fraud scheme.

This company is a scam. They trick you into signing up for automatic recurring monthly charges and when i realized this i asked them to stop, they sent me multiple emails just asking for feedback and not addressing my concerns or requests at all. I was so excited to try this product but I haven’t noticed any of the “benefits” they claim. Doesn’t taste good and it’s thin. I never write poor reviews because i understand how businesses rely of their customers feedback but I am so appalled by their business practices or lack there of. They refuse to turn off the recurring monthly charges or provide a return shipping label and it has caused me to send them multiple emails, repeating myself and still nothing. I will report this company to the bank and change my credit card number to ensure I never deal with them again.

I was hoping to find a coffee alternative that gave me a boost in the morning. After drinking Ryze for a few mornings, I feel none of the effects promised with no energy at all. It smells like instant coffee and the bulk of it settles at the bottom even when I used a frother. Don’t waste your money. Also beware that they automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription with your first purchase and I was completely unaware until I read other reviews and had to go in and cancel.

Be careful when purchasing this coffee I wanted to try it out thinking I would have the choice to purchase it again if I wanted to and apparently this is a monthly membership that your card is charged and when I went to try to cancel the membership and the shipment that was just placed the prior day I was told that I cannot cancel so be aware they will charge you monthly and it is not displayed as you check out that this is a monthly membership. As a consumer, we should always have the ability to confirm the charges before they are placed or there should be a box to check saying that we are committing to the monthly membership not just checking out a one time purchase and all of a sudden there’s charges on your card…..

I thought I would try this mushroom coffee company and I did like the flavor although I did find wood chips every once in a while floating at the top of my cup found out mushrooms grow in wood chips. I guess they need to do a little more quality control.. also, a negative experience with communicating via email as that is the only way you can make changes to your orders. I got Alex and the owner founder who had emailed me once Andree mixed up. Andree replied to my email and said to please keep track of my thread because it can be confusing to them. I thought that response was totally unnecessary to send to me and showed a lack of customer service skills. How am I supposed to keep track of whom I’m supposed to communicate with if I need changes to my subscription? This is the reason and the fact that they are too expensive that I choose to cancel my subscription with this company and move on to another less expensive, tastier and more professional website where I can make changes as needed.

CONFIRMING ONE STAR REVIEWS FROM OTHERS Ridiculously Pushy. Incredibly Deceptive. Highly unethical. Mushroom coffee is an acquired taste. Like it or don't like it, this company's business practices are absolutely disgusting. Out of principle, I would never deal with them again. Every step of the way they ask how they can improve up until the one time it really matters to most people. RUTHLESS CAPITALISTIC THIEVES.

HUGE SCAM!!! Do not order from this company. I ordered one bag of the mushroom coffee and was somehow setup for a monthly subscription, like many others. I reported fraudulent activity with my bank and ordered a new bank card just to get out of this mess. DON’T get involved with this sneaky company, they’re ruthless to get people’s money.
