Highly, highly unethical business practices!!! Like many others, I was not aware that I had signed up for a subscription when I first purchased the product. When you go to their website and click "Try it" it takes you to an order page where every option automatically signs you up for a subscription unless you read the fine print. VERY fine print. Then you are bombarded with marketing emails - I received 18 over 30 days. Of course you start moving everything from "RYZE" to your trash! When I saw they had ran my card again for $67 & 2 bags of product the next month, I was shocked. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order. They sent me a screen shot of the fine print and told me they sent me an email reminder of the subscription 3 days before it processed. Who is going to see that? When you are being bombarded with "RYZE" marketing emails every other day that you have learned to move to trash for your own sanity? No, no, no, no, no! This is so unethical it really should be illegal. I didn't even have an account created at their website to cancel the subscription. I had to create an account to cancel a subscription that had already processed. I am an ex-pat. I live in Egypt and only visit the States during the summer months. I would NEVER have signed up for a subscription. Now, I have to find someone at the address I was staying at last month to intercept this package and return it to them - as they refused to cancel & refund the order. They informed me it already shipped... I believe they are lying - This company obviously sets up their sales process to catch people in subscriptions without consent and to make it hard for you to cancel / return. When you have a "reason" on your contact form "I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription" - just know they've worked it into their business strategy! Sneaky. Sleazy. Stressful. No matter how good the product tastes, I wont be ordering again.

Total waste of time and money. When I went through the website to request a return label for return of unused product, I was contacted with an idiotic message attempting to upsell me on another shitty product. Steer clear of these scammers. Facebook has no compunction with filling your feed with scammy content such as this... assholes bullshit claims and worthless garbage.

The coffee is not nasty, it’s average. They set you up on auto-pay without your consent. When you call to dispute charges and ask questions, no one answers it’s just a recording. Please be aware and don’t order this product! It’s a SCAM!

Not a fan of mushrooms At All. But I did agree to give this a try. I heard the hype, read a lot about it, and so I took the plunge. Boy am I glad I did the flavor is wonderful. Not at all what I was expecting. It helps with bloating and overall I feel better. I am not a coffee, connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination but I know what I like and I’m in love with Ryze.

Horrible tasting product 🤮 ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE to return product! Fraudulently charged me for “auto reorder” without my permission and still fighting to get my money back 4 weeks later!!

Thick texture, not appealing especially in the morning. Waste of time and money when realizing you are automatically put on recurring order once a month after first purchase. I have learned my lesson!

First of all, the product taste like sand. Horrible! Second of all, when you make a purchase, you are immediately signed up for recurring subscriptions.., like it or not! What a fraud!!!

THEY TAKE YOUR $$$ AND DO NOT DELIVER PRODUCT. I have contacted the company via email and instagram multiple times. I have sent the original confirmation of my order. It has been over a month. The only reply I have gotten is that they have gotten a number of emails from me. The price on amazon is more than double than on their website. Is the compnay going out of business and just taking your cash? I don't know but it sure looks that way. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
