    Great experience overall! The website was user-friendly, and the Rosie Hong team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. As a first-time bespoke customer, I wasn't sure what to expect from the 3D scanning technology, but the results exceeded my expectations. Finding a sheath dress that accommodates my square shoulders without looking boxy has always been a challenge with off-the-rack brands. This dress fits like a glove and the shoulder line is beautiful. You’ve gained a loyal customer and I’m already looking at ordering more!

    This was my first time shopping here, and I was really impressed with both the website and the customer service, which made the whole experience even better when the product itself exceeded my expectations. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my body shape is quite difficult to tailor for, and the fit was surprisingly accurate even though I only used a phone scan. The shoulders, hips, and seat fit me really well. The pants were slightly long at first, but once I put on heels, the length was just right. I really love this suit, but I’m a bit shy about taking photos, so I’m using a quick one I took right after unboxing

    The website is super easy to use, customer service is great, and my order came faster than expected. I love the detailing on the pockets, buttons, and the stitching. The blazer fits me perfectly at the shoulders, and the length and waist are just right. The trousers are a little shorter than I expected, but it’s not a problem. Overall, the suit looks great and fits really well. I’ll definitely come back and try more pieces here soon.

    I ordered a double-breasted suit, and the whole experience was impressive from start to finish. The design interface was intuitive, making it easy to personalize every detail and even take my measurements through a 3D scan on my phone. The stitching is incredibly precise, and all the tailoring details were executed exactly as I requested. The suit fits perfectly, and I’m extremely satisfied with this suit.
