Ritual Chocolate’s 75% Honeycomb Toffee bar, a luscious, golden bar crafted with royalty in mind. This bar is beautiful and decked out with an array of golden toffee nuggets sprinkled on the bar like a bouquet of flowers in an expression of love and romance and perfect for Summer season. With cacao beans sourced from Belize and house-made honeycomb toffee made from raw, wildflower Utah-local Hollow Tree Honey, each tasting moment is memorable and exquisite. Upon first melt, I picked up a sweet nectar flavor with floral notes of rose and jasmine. Crunchy toffee throughout the bar is a fun surprise, bringing butter and butterscotch to the forefront for a moment. To top it off, this bar has the flavor essence of dried fruit -- a strong fig note that packs a decadent punch. At the end of the experience, you are left satiated with a deep fudge note, almost as if you had consumed a rich chocolate cake made for a sun king. And in case you are wondering… yes, it is nearly gone! Ritual is based in Utah and has additional tasty products from drinking chocolate to cocoa nibs to try.
