RHO Nutrition reviews and discussion

This is more about the customer service representative than the actual product. Gabriel was less than helpful when I was inquiring about a return and refund. We went back and forth witho it any real direction. He was insulting and offered no answers when asked directly about the refund process. I ordered 100s of dollars of products from Rho in the last month and I’m pleased with the products themselves. However Rho makes it seem as if their refund policy is simple. It is not. I didn’t even open the box of the product. I had to return it for health reasons. The whole process could have been a simple process with step by step instructions on how to return the unopened product and how to get your refund. This was not the “dissatisfaction 60 day money back guarantee “ this was straight forward, I opened product and I still received the run around. Suggestion….go through your credit card. My bank helped in literally less than five mins. Customer service could use quite the upgrade.
