My 11 year old son received a glove cleaning kit for Christmas. The customer service for this company is incredible! We emailed Alan with a question regarding the kit, he responded promptly and even sent us an extra kit with conditioner, glove oil, and a towel. My son was thrilled! We got the Street Wax since most of our walks are on a sidewalk and, since she's my service dog, there are times we might be on hot pavement. I am trying to adjust her to shoes but she's taking to have her paws waxed much better. I put it on when she's laying down and I can watch her for a few minutes to let it absorb. The pads it is on are still tough dog pads but the roughness seems to disappear. I love it's like a large chapstick, so it's much easier to use than other paw balms by screwing up and rubbing on her pads, then using my fingertips to rub in more. It seems to keep them moist for a few days if I forget to reapply. And as long as she lays for 5-10 minutes, I haven't noticed anything extra on my old hardwood floors. I used this before we ran errands all summer, no paw pad issues that I've noticed! It was always quick on the heat but I feel the wax truly protects and is so much easier for her than shoes! Oh, and I love the double set of this and that it comes with a soft cloth!
