Resist Nutrition is a woman-owned brand on a mission to make blood sugar balance easy & delicious through all natural,  plant-based, and doctor-recommended protein bars with a clinically-backed stable blood sugar response.

Our bars are vegan, keto, gluten-free, soy-free, stevia-free, gum-free, and free of added flavors. And while they’re free of a lot of junk, they taste amazing.

We created Resist after struggling to find a bar that didn’t mess with our hormones or give us a huge blood sugar spike. Most bars are either low in carbs and sugar but full of artificial, hormone-disrupting ingredients or they claim a more natural approach, but are filled with fruit sugars that spike blood sugar like crazy.
